Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms of Use form a binding contract between you and Life+. By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms; if you do not agree, delete the App immediately.

2. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and not barred from receiving digital services under your local laws. The App is not intended for children.

4. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Life+ for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS 14.5 or later. All intellectual-property rights remain with Life+.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of Life+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Life+ offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions, sometimes preceded by a free trial. Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation and each renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends (Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel an active plan.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not reverse-engineer the App, infringe IP rights, violate any law, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or rely on Life+ for medical diagnosis or life-support decisions.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Life+ provides general wellness information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified health-care professional for any medical concern.

9. Intellectual Property

All source code, interface designs, names and logos are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.

10. Third-Party Links

The App may link to external sites; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Life+ is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life+ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. You agree to resolve disputes exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County and to waive participation in class actions.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time; upon termination all licences cease and you must stop using the App.

15. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
